Return Policy

This return policy applies ONLY to the products manufactured by Secutrain and for which a money-back guarantee is explicitly offered.

You may return any of the products purchased directly from Secutrain.com, for any reason, within the specified guarantee period, for a “No- questions-asked”, “Hassle-free” money-back guarantee.

If the return is a result of our error, we will also refund the return shipping cost if applicable. Otherwise, all the shipping and handling costs are on the Buyer, meaning that we will refund only the product price. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to prove that the product was in fact returned to the address provided with the product.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of items returned beyond the guarantee period or take charge of any items not purchased directly from Secutrain.com.

We will inform you of your refund via e-mail after we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund usually in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return request.

We note that this guarantee is void when our products are bundled with other manufacturers' software. However, you can return our products and the bundled software within 30 days if they are still in original shrink-wrap with all seals and licence codes intact.
